Who we are

WallRush Pro is operated by Mantham Technologies, India. Contact: mantham.technologies@gmail.com. These Terms of Use apply to the website at wallrushpro.online and to the WallRush Pro apps on Android and iOS. Last updated: 21 September 2026.

Acceptance

By playing WallRush Pro you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Age

You must be 13 or older. WallRush Pro is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that a player under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.

The game

WallRush Pro is a free online board game based on Quoridor. You can play as a guest with an automatic nickname, or sign in with email or Google. Ranked points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for money.

Fair play

Play fairly. You must not use bots in ranked rooms, cheat, abuse other players in nicknames or reviews, interfere with the service, or try to access other people's accounts. We may remove content, reset points, or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Nicknames and reviews are your content. You give Mantham Technologies a worldwide licence to show them in the game. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, abusive or off-brand.

Accounts

You can delete your account from the Profile screen. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harming the service.

Availability

The game is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that ranked points will stay the same, or that a particular feature will remain available.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of India, Mantham Technologies is not liable for lost points, lost games, downtime, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

GDPR

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR (and UK GDPR) give you rights over your personal data. We process gameplay and account data to provide the game (a contract with you). Other processing, including analytics, legal bases, international transfers, and how to exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, complaint to a data protection authority) are set out in the Privacy Policy. Email mantham.technologies@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated text will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
