Privacy Policy

Who we are

Mantham Technologies ("we") operates WallRush Pro at wallrushpro.online and in the Android and iOS apps. We are the data controller. Contact: mantham.technologies@gmail.com. Last updated: 21 September 2026.

What we collect

  • Nickname (assigned automatically, or chosen by you)
  • Optional email and password, or Google account identifiers through Firebase Authentication
  • A device id so your progress survives a refresh or reinstall on the same device
  • Game statistics: points, wins, losses, streak, daily tasks, last seen
  • Friends list and friend requests
  • Reviews you post, and likes on reviews
  • Usage events through Firebase Analytics (for example screens opened and basic device or app info)
  • Settings stored on your device, such as language, theme and a cached app config

We do not ask for your payment card, precise location, contacts or photos. WallRush Pro does not currently show third-party ads to players or offer in-app purchases.

Why we use it

We use this information to run the game, keep your progress, run ranked play and matchmaking, keep the service secure, understand how the game is used, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data.

GDPR — legal bases

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, we process personal data only where a GDPR legal basis applies:

  • Contract — creating a session or account, matchmaking, saving progress, and letting you play
  • Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, and understanding which features are used, in ways that do not override your rights
  • Consent — Firebase Analytics where consent is required
  • Legal obligation — when the law requires us to keep or disclose information

GDPR — your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email mantham.technologies@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself from the Profile screen; that removes nickname, points, streak, friends, your review, and login details.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run WallRush Pro, including Google (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Analytics) and our hosting and database providers. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers for tracking players.

International transfers

Personal data may be stored in India and processed in other countries where our providers operate, including the United States. For EU, EEA and UK users, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards used by the providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account exists. After you delete your account we remove the personal data attached to it, unless we must keep a limited record for security or legal reasons. Analytics events are kept according to Google Firebase's retention settings.

Children

WallRush Pro is for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, email mantham.technologies@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Cookies and local storage

The website and apps store a device id and preferences on your device (cookies or similar local storage). Firebase Analytics may use identifiers on the device. These are needed to keep you signed in to a guest session and to remember settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version will appear on this page with a new date.
